This air handler features inherently protected motors mounted inside insulated cabinets to reduce motor noise, with a range of motor horsepower and drive combinations available to meet specified CFM at various static pressures, up to 2" (0.498 kPa) external static pressure. Its low-profile design allows for horizontal installation in most standard drop ceiling applications and makes it easy to move the unit through standard doorways for additions or replacements. All models come standard with thermal expansion valves. The unit is equipped with one-inch (25 mm) throwaway filters as standard, but the filter racks are designed to accommodate either one-inch (25 mm) or two-inch (51 mm) filters. Additionally, MERV 13 and MERV 8 filters are available as accessories.
