Happy 25th Anniversary to Virginia Air Distributors!

Today marks 25 years since Virginia Air Distributors first opened it's doors on April 1st, 1987 on Busy Street in Richmond, Virginia. Ken Baker left his corporate position with York International to open the independent Virginia Air Distributors with a sole Richmond branch, and a vision to provide the best possible customer service & support to HVAC contractors in central Virginia. 

In 1987 the modest beginnings of Virginia Air & the Richmond Branch sold about $6mm in York equipment & parts to it's HVAC contractor base. Over the past 25 years Virginia Air Distributors has grown to over 150 employees & nearly $100mm in annual sales. Virginia Air now has 13 branches covering Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, & Western Pennsylvania selling not only York equipment & parts, but also ClimateMaster, Mitsubishi, Honeywell, Reznor, Hart & Cooley & many more. 

Virginia Air Distributors still prides itself on having the best possible customer service & support in the HVAC industry and will continue to use that belief as it's core for doing business for the next 25 years and beyond.
