Over the last few weeks we have been in the process of personally presenting the awards to our winners for 2012 and we are finally ready to publically announce who our winners are. Please join me in congratulating all the winners for their outstanding work, dedication, and contribution to our organization in 2012! We also introduced a new award this year, our Corporate Employee of the Year. This inaugural award went to Becky Dix, well done!  

 

Branch of the Year Winners 2012:

Chesapeake, VA – Overall Branch and VA / WV Region Branch of the Year (First 3 Time Overall Winner)

Charlotte, NC – North Carolina Region Branch of the Year

Cincinnati, OH – Tri-State Region Branch of the Year

 

Territory Manager of the Year Winners 2012:

Charlie Black (Charlotte, NC) – Overall and NC Region TM of the Year

Wes Randolph (Charleston, WV)  – VA / WV Region TM of the Year

Ron Swearingin, Jr. (Columbus, OH) – Tri-State Region TM of the Year

 

Employee of the Year Winners 2012:

Mike Howard (Chesapeake, VA) – VA / WV Region Employee of the Year

Kyle Biggerstaff (Asheville, NC) – NC Region Employee of the Year

Ronnie Swearingin III (Cincinnati, OH) – TS Region Employee of the Year

Becky Dix (Richmond, VA) – Corporate Employee of the Year

 

I would also like to recognize another individual for reaching a rare milestone within our organization. Wayne Smith (Chesapeake, VA) reached his 20th anniversary with Virginia Air in February of this year. Wayne is only the 5th person to join this exclusive club whose other members include Ken Baker, Maureen Baker, John Smoots, and Jeff Buresh. Congratulations to Wayne and thanks for 20 great years and many more to come!
