Technical Service Manager Appreciation Day

Last Friday April 12th was the 1st ever Technical Service Manager Appreciation Day here at Virginia Air Distributors.  As I'm sure you know the Technical Service Managers (TSMs) play a vital role in the customer service philosophy here at Virginia Air, and also carry the heavy burden and often thankless load of dealing with the most difficult issues within our day to day business.

Our Branch Managers & Local Staff were hopefully able to show their appreciation to our TSMs with some decent food, gifts, decorations & good natured ribbing to hopefully let them know how great they are to work with & how much we appreciate their hard work.
