Customer Service Spotlight

We love getting nominations for entire teams or branches as it truly highlights our excellence and commitment to take care of our customers. This month we want to highlight the Entire Team at Salisbury + Derrick Cook.

Recently a large volume Charlotte contractor requested a local same day delivery on a Friday--the contractor really needed this same day delivery for the weekend and couldn't wait until Monday. Due to the last minute nature of this request and pre scheduled commitments, the Charlotte branch was unable to fulfill the request. Derrick, a Charlotte driver was dropping off a scheduled delivery to the Salisbury branch when the team joined together to take care of this customer. The two person Salisbury team pulled the 5 page order in 20 minutes and got Derrick on his way to the contractor, who was able to make the delivery on his way back to Charlotte, before continuing on with his day!

This is a perfect example of the branches working together and acting as a team to ensure our contractors are taken care of and executing a resolution in a timely manner! Way to work together as a team!
