Customer Service Spotlight

This month we are highlighting two great employees at our Cincinnati Branch! I've gotten a few nominations from fellow employees wanting to highlight John Green and Jim Isbell for their continued hard work, dedication, and overall willingness to help anybody and everybody.

John and Jim both field a lot of calls from employees and customers alike, and they never fail to take the time to not only help customers in a professional and courteous manner, but to also ensure that new team members are welcomed and receive the assistance they need.

We appreciate all the hard work and dedication to providing the same level of service to each other as we do our customers; one of the many things that sets us apart!
