Customer Service Spotlight

First up is Jay Brazier in Columbia, SC. Jay continuously goes above and beyond, but over Christmas break, Jay stepped up and helped a contractor during an emergency, setting aside his own time. It appears this is not the first time Jay has set aside his time off or away to assist our customers!

Second up is Tiffany Abrams in Pittsburgh. Tiffany also gave up some personal time over Christmas to help a customer. Without hesitation, Tiffany opened the branch for the customer and helped them get the part and resolve their emergency! This customer has even said Tiffany and the team at TS43 is the reason they stay a loyal customer!

Impressive that our team members were willing to go above and beyond for our customers, even at Christmas. There are often things we can't control, but we can control how we treat our customers and our team members are what sets us apart from the competition. Way to go!
