We wanted to share a quick customer service spotlight from last month. This is one where the customer was so impressed that they called in to discuss it and wanted to ensure that the employees were recognized for going above and beyond.

A commercial contractor called in with an issue, one that they openly admitted to creating themselves. They had somehow made a mistake with their schedule and were in need of a large rooftop unit delivered the same day, as soon as possible. Two branch employees, Kevin Kingren and Brandon Wilson stepped up to ensure this customer got what they needed, with Brandon even volunteering and delivering the unit to the customer himself. The customer was so impressed with our top notch customer service that they called back in to express their gratitude. Way to go above and beyond and ensure continued customer satisfaction!
